Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy was last updated February 9th, 2025.

Thank you for booking at The Regenifi Clinic.

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your appointment and have paid a deposit, we are happy to refund this in full under the following terms and conditions:

Notice Period. We must be informed a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment for you to be eligible for a refund.

Form of Payment. Refunds can be issued:

• Through bank transfer.
• Through card over-the-phone or in-person.
• As credit on your account.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed once you have notified us.
