Dr Shuja Chaudhry

Dr Shuja Chaudhry is a UK-trained General Practitioner with dual specialism in cosmetic medicine and hair restoration. He graduated from King’s College London in 2007 with a Merit in Medicine and an intercalated BSc (Hons) in Human Physiology.

Following graduation, Dr Shuja completed broad postgraduate training across multiple hospital specialties, including general and breast surgery, internal medicine, intensive care, and emergency medicine. He was awarded his specialist qualification in General Practice in 2012 and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP).

Alongside his GP work, Dr Shuja has developed extensive expertise in cosmetic and hair restoration medicine. He has performed over 4,000 hair transplant procedures treating patients with diverse and challenging needs, including high-profile clients using FUE techniques across the hairline, crown, beard, and eyebrows, as well as undertaking complex corrective cases. His clinical practice also encompasses a wide range of aesthetic and minimally invasive treatments, including facial aesthetics (injectables and microneedling), PRP therapy, minor surgery, joint injections, and complementary therapies such as acupuncture and cupping.

Medical Education & Expert Witness Work

Dr Shuja is formally trained in medical education within primary care and has served as an examiner of junior doctors and students. He is actively involved in teaching, mentoring, and supervising junior clinicians, contributing to the development of the next generation of healthcare professionals. In addition, he is frequently instructed as a medical expert witness in medicolegal cases relating to cosmetic and hair restoration procedures.

He is a member of several professional organisations, including FUE Europe, and has contributed to surgical research and publications.
